Pace description:
* Fast = approximately 30km per hour average.
* Medium = approximately 25km per hour average.

Please note:
* There are different categories of riders, so if you are really slow or really fast, you will be catered for.
* All members riding with the club on weekends are required to wear their club kit.
* It is highly recommended that you carry some form of identification and emergency contact details
with you at all times when cycling.
* Helmets are compulsory on all club rides. No helmet - no ride!
